new PBs in Snatch and Clean & Jerk

I am a natural pro bodybuilder, having won the BNBF British Overall Ms Physique title (together with my pro card) in October 2008.  Since then I have competed in pro classes in St Louis and Washington DC, USA.
Through my work as a Strength & Conditioning coach I have developed a passion for Olympic Weightlifting, and I have competed in the Masters (W45) and senior open classes.  I won my class at the British Masters 2011 and am training towards the 2012 competition.
My work is varied and interesting and allows me to work with elite athletes and general population as well as tutoring for Future Fit, educating future gym instructors.
